  • Thanks for coming to T.O.P. Work Out.  My name is Tony Price and I am a personal trainer/group exercise instructor at the Rapid City YMCA.  T.O.P. Work Out strives to bring you safe, effective and fun training programs.
  • T.O.P. Work Out works with you. Whatever your needs T.O.P. Work Out will design a program that fits.  T.O.P. Work Out's group exercise programs work the body in all three planes of movement.  Each 6 to 8 week program works on cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and range of motion.  You can join at anytime and do what you can.
