All classes held at the Rapid City, YMCA 715 Kansas City St. Rapid City, South Dakota.
Tuesday's workout is the body weight cardio circuit. 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups or leg lifts, ten body weight squats or lunges and finally ten burpees. Run one lap and work your way down to five of each.
Wednesday is the obstacle course. This is the one featured on KOTA TV's "Family Health Cast" with Helene Duhamel. I have video on the Facebook page as well as online on KOTA TV's website. Things change regularly and everyone has a great time.
Saturday's workout is Ninja Warrior Training. Again I have some video posted on the Facebook site but it is various positions held for 15 to 30 seconds. It's harder to explain than to see so watch the videos and see for yourself.
